There are several types of homes in Celebration, ranging from apartments, condos, and townhomes to spacous, sprawling estates. Below is a description of each type.
Condos
Condos can be found in South Village, East Village, North Village, and Artisan Park, as well as the downtown area. Condo buildings are typically two or three stories tall, and many are as spacious as a single-family bungalow home. Some condos in Celebration were built as condos from the start, while others were converted from former apartments (Sienna, Mirasol, Georgetown, and the downtown condos).

Townhomes
Townhomes can be found in most villages in Celebration. They are available in two and three story models, and many even have a separate apartment over the garage. Townhome builders include Town & Country, Issa, and Arvida.

Triplexes/Duplexes
The Triplexes/Duplexes would be called townhomes in most other communities, but in Celebration they are considered to be a type of bungalow. They are usually referred to as “attached bungalows” because there are two or three units. They can be found in Roseville Corner and East Village and were built by Cambridge Homes.

Bungalows
Bungalows are the smallest single family homes in Celebration, available in in Classical, Coastal, Colonial, Craftsman, French and Victorian styles. They can be found in most villages, and most bungalows, except for those in Artisan Park, were built by Cambridge Homes.

Garden Homes
Garden Homes are larger than bungalows. Floor plans range up to 2180 square feet, and available styles include Colonial, Victorian, Classical, Coastal and Craftsman.They can be found in most villages; Lake Evalyn is made up almost entirely of Garden Homes. Most of these homes in Celebration are built by David Weekley.

Cottage Homes
Cottage Homes range in size to over 3000 square feet. Styles include Classical, Coastal, Colonial, Craftsman, French and Victorian. Builders of these homes include Morrison, David Weekley, and Arvida.

Village Homes
Village Homes are the largest "production" (non-custom) homes available in Celebration. Most of these homes in Celebration are built by David Weekley. of the homes found in many small southern towns. The Village Home is the largest production home offered in Celebration. Styles include Colonial, Victorian, Classical, Coastal, Mediterranean and French. They are built by Issa David Weekly.

Manor Homes
Manor Homes are located in Aquila Reserve and Artisan Park. These homes are a bit smaller than Estate Homes, but still large and luxurious.
Estate Homes
Estate Homes are the largest homes in Celebration. They are custom built and typically feature golf course or reserve area views. These homes are built by a variety of builders, including Cahill Custom Homes, Castleworks by Jones-Clayton, Derrick Builders, Inc., Goehring & Morgan, Jones-Clayton Construction, McNally Homes Inc., and Premier Homes.

Apartments
All of Celebration's original apartment complexes have been converted to condos. However, many of the homes have garage apartments that are often available for rent. Real estate agents and local newspaper listings can help you locate what is available.
Evander Square is a new apartment complex on Celebration Blvd between World Drive and Spring Lake at Celebration. One to three bedroom units are offered.
Emerson at Celebration is a new apartment complex on Celebration Blvd west of World Drive across from Celebration High School. One to three bedroom units are offered.
