Living in Celebration and enjoying all of the amenities does come with a price. For 2015, the assessment by the Celebration Residential Owners Association is around $1200 per year, including garbage pick-up and maintenance of all the common elements throughout town. That includes the pools, parks, and the cute little park-like areas that you'll find scattered throughout town. You will be responsible for maintaining your own yard and the exterior of your home, and you will probably want to invest in pest control services as well.
If you live in a townhome, an attached bungalow (a duplex or triplex), or a condominium, you will have to pay an additional association fee to cover landscaping, outside maintenance, and termite treatment. If you live in Artisan Park, you will pay an additional assessment to cover the exclusive clubhouse/pool and internet access.
