Celebration's racial make-up is 91.0 percent White, 3.2 percent Asian, 1.5 percent African American, 4.3 percent from other races, 2.2 percent from two or more races, and 0.2 percent Native American. 11.2 percent are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

The median age of Celebration's residents is 39. 27.7 percent of the residents are under the age of 20. 4.4 percent are 20 to 24 years of age, 27.2 percent are 25 to 44 years of age, 31.0 percent are 45 to 64 years of age, and 9.2 percent are 65 years of age or older.

The median household income in Celebration is $92,670. The median family income is $120,369. Males have a median income of $77,222, while the medium income for females is $46,719. Per capita income for the town is $49,754. Only 4.1 percent of the population and 2.7 percent of families fall below the poverty line. Out of the total people living in poverty, 4.8 percent are under the age of 18 and 3.5 percent of them are 65 or older.
